How do I change the amount of tax withheld from my paycheck?
You can update your W4 information on the 'Pay Info' tab in BambooHR. If you click on 'taxes' you can adjust your dependents and other deductions to lower what is withheld or enter a specific dollar amount or percentage of additional taxes to withhold from each check.
How do I change my direct deposit information?

Do I need to do open enrollment if I'm not interested in insurance coverage?
YES! All full time employees must complete open enrollment each year. Even if you aren't interested in enrolling in our benefits, we provide life insurance coverage for all full time employees and you won't have access to that coverage without participating in open enrollment.
I'm under 26 and covered on my parent's plan - should I enroll in 97th Floor's insurance?
YES! I strongly recommend enrolling in 97th Floor's plan even if you have free coverage under your parent's plan available to you. 97th Floor pays the premiums for employee coverage and they will contribute $1800/year to an HSA, even if you don't contribute anything to the HSA. If you don't have significant medical expenses, then you could benefit from growing an HSA that can be used for future medical expenses or retirement expenses.
When can I change my insurance?
During open enrollment in November all full time employees are able to change what insurance they are enrolled in.
Outside of open enrollment, changes to insurance can be made if you have a qualifying life event, like the birth or adoption of a child, spouse's loss of coverage, and marriage or divorce.
How do I register with United Healthcare?
Go to myuhc.com and select 'Register'. There's many reasons to register with UHC - you can see your insurance cards, request new insurance cards, see your deductible and spending for the year, as well as search for providers and medications and get cost estimates for them.
One of the best things about myuhc.com is the rewards program. Register with the rewards program and you can earn money for getting active time during the day, tracking your sleep, seeing the doctor for a yearly check up, etc. You can put that money into an HSA or use it to pay for an Apple watch or other fitness tracker. You can also get the money on a Visa card to spend on whatever you would like.

Can I bring an HSA balance from an old account into Fidelity?
What you need:
Account number (this is NOT your card number)
Statement
To get your account number in Ameriflex (our old HSA provider) you will log in, then in the blue banner that says Health Savings Account there is a ‘more details’ button. Click that, then click on the underlined HSA number and it will show you the full account number.
You can get a statement by clicking the ‘More’ dropdown at the top of the page and selecting ‘Statements & Downloads’.
How to initiate the transfer:
Log into Fidelity. Select your HSA account, then select ‘Contributions’. If you scroll down the page there is an option to transfer an HSA. Click that and it will take you to Fidelity’s transfer request page where you will enter some basic info like where they are transferring from, if you want to transfer the entire account, etc. After answering a few of those questions it will have you submit a statement. Then Fidelity does the rest!
Transfers take about 2-3 weeks and Fidelity will notify you if they run into any issues with the transfer.

Starting a BrokerageLink account with Fidelity allows you to pull 401k money into a brokerage account. Having those funds in a brokerage account means you can invest your 401k money in any mutual fund or stock that you would like, not just the funds that are listed on the 401k plan.
To set up an account you will:

What is a 401k loan?
401k loans are loans that you take from your 401k. You apply for the loan through Fidelity and Fidelity notifies 97th Floor of the loan amount and the amount to withhold from each paycheck to repay the loan. This amount that you repay is in addition to any 401k contributions you have set up.
The positives of 401k loans:
You are paying yourself interest
They are quick, often getting the money to you within 2 weeks
The downsides of 401k loans:
Whatever you pull from your 401k is not invested and potentially growing with the market
If you end your employment with 97th Floor, the full loan balance is due
Can I rollover an old 401k to Fidelity with 97th Floor?
Yes! Fidelity makes rolling over an old 401k into your current 401k very easy. Log in to your account at 401k.com and click the 3 green dots next to your 401k account.
